Step-by-step guide to joining our family

To ensure the safety of all the children in our community and strictly comply with the regulations of the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) In Illinois, we've designed a simple and transparent enrollment process. Here you'll find all the required documents we'll need before your child's first day of school.

Families in the Assistance Program

If your family qualifies for or is already receiving state benefits (CCAP / Illinois Action for Children), we will need to include the following in the file:

Transfer or new application? Let us know in advance. We’ll personally help you fill out the Illinois Action for Children forms so the process goes quickly and smoothly.

ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS

Identification of Parents or Guardians

A copy of the driver's license, state ID, or passport of the individuals authorized to pick up the child.

Service Agreement Signed

Mutual agreement on the agreed-upon schedules, the daycare home’s policies, vacation time, and rules for getting along.

Registration Fee / Deposit

This payment secures and reserves your child's spot in our small group.
